陶瓷纤维密封盘根的检测方法-Testing method

本次检测采用以下方法和仪器进行:
1.外观检查:通过目视检查，观察陶瓷纤维密封条的整体外观，检查是否存在表面损伤、污染及其它可见缺陷。
2.物理性能测定:包括密封条的尺寸测量和拉伸强度测试。尺寸测量可用卡尺进行，而拉伸强度测试则使用万能拉力机进行，以评估其强度和延展性。
3.热稳定性测试:采用热重分析仪进行测试，通过控制升温速率并测量样品的质量损失，评估密封条在高温环境下的稳定性，
4.密封性能测试:采用气密性测试装置，将陶瓷纤维密封条安装在密封接口上，并施加一定压力以模拟实际工作环境，检测其密封性能。

The following methods and instruments were used for this test:

2. Physical performance testing: including size measurement and tensile strength testing of sealing strips. Size measurement can be carried out using calipers, while tensile strength testing is performed using a universal tensile machine to evaluate its strength and ductility.
3. Thermal stability test: A thermogravimetric analyzer is used to evaluate the stability of the sealing strip in high-temperature environments by controlling the heating rate and measuring the mass loss of the sample,
4. Sealing performance test: Using an air tightness testing device, install ceramic fiber sealing strips on the sealing interface and apply a certain pressure to simulate the actual working environment to test their sealing performance.
